Mid-weighted, juicy and as much about the flecks of stone fruit and quince, as it is about the nutty undercarriage of pistachio and almond. A hint of spruce and fennel to finish, with a twist of quinine. Broad of texture and nicely chewy, as much as it immaculately fresh. Beautifully poised. Really lovely wine. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
